Initially started in 2017, the GOLF project is located on the Rue du Golf in Senningerberg and was completed in April 2022 . GOLF combines the advantages of a location with access to all major infrastructure with a quality environment.

Designed by the engineering firm MyCon and by dagli atelier d'architecture, the project proposes a sober and contemporary architecture, offering a "trendy" identity to the users and "high-end" services.

Centralized heating, low energy thermal insulation, double flow ventilation with individual energy recovery in all units result in an "Energiepass" A-A certificate.

GOLF offers optimal comfort: underfloor heating, exterior blinds, quality coverings and finishes, "home automation" type installation and large garden areas and terraces.

The top floor of GOLF offers a LOFT with a large terrace with a panoramic view and facing south.

GOLF offers 5 apartments with a total of 18 parking spaces.

At the end of the year 2021, we wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year 2022.

MyCon will be on vacation from December 22, 2021 until January 09, 2022, but you can still send us mail under the e-mail address mycon@mycon1.info-brihaye.lu and we will be sure to review each of them as soon as we resume our activities.

many different projects of MyCon have been realized during this year in the field of civil engineering, building site safety, energy passports, asbestos detection and more recently, the delivery of architectural plans in real formats via the luxplott.lu website

Among these numerous projects, most of them are presented in the 2021 brochure of MyCon with many pictures. You will find the link below (available in French only) explaining in more detail the realization of these works.

Although each of our projects has been a great success, we will continue to improve even more in the following year, especially with an expansion of the MyCon team.

Medigest entrusted 2001 with the design of this building entirely at the service of the individual, including a medical center bringing together numerous specialties (pediatrics, dentistry, cardiology, physical therapy, ophthalmology, etc.), a pharmacy, a day care center, a café and a yoga space, making this building a public and social place.

What particularly distinguishes this building is the treatment of its facade, witness of the exoskeleton structure in exposed reinforced concrete. A facade with a regular and repetitive grid, and, as the architects explain, "uniform, generic but absolute to the point of dissolving, its rhythm aims at comfort and assurance". It is defined on the minimal ergonomics of a medical office, the intimate relationship between a patient and his doctor.

On the first floor, the volume is set back from the structural façade to define a covered passageway, like the arcades found in some European metropolis buildings. This covered passageway extends the public space and creates additional convenience for patients, clients and professionals.

Inside, the total openness to the landscape defines the spaces. The countryside invites itself through the window. Exposed and sanded concrete, stainless steel and aluminum are also used.

In the building with which we won the Bauhärepräis 2020, all cables were planned in advance and laid in the walls. This means that the switches can be mounted on exposed concrete and masonry without damaging the walls with cable slots.

They trusted us and are satisfied

“Simple, monolithic, without unnecessary frills, on a tight budget, a tree in the middle of the house.”

HOLTZEM Thierry

“Reconstructing an old building in a protected area of the city center, while respecting the criteria of the city of Luxembourg and combining it with our idea of a modern and elegant building, was a great challenge for us. “

Juni SCI

“The interaction of perspective and light creates a welcoming and friendly environment around books and reading.”
